Overview: BMI is proud to have partnered with Timbercreek Asset Management in the tenant fit-up of Fairlea Apartments located at 2920 Fairlea Crescent, Ottawa, Ontario. The staging of this project allowed Timbercreek to sell and/or lease the newly-renovated condos as the project progressed. BMI project managed the total redevelopment, including external civil works, the construction of parking areas and the building façade upgrade. With the diversity of tenants who are leasing space within the residential property, a high standard of services was required. For example high speed secure data, lighting and air conditioning.
